Nathan's 30th Birthday

I turned thirty this past Friday, February 4. Stephany and I had plans to drive up to Durango, Colorado, on my birthday, so we celebrated with the family at home a couple of days early. Wonderful girl that she is, Stephany made me a cookie cake! She makes one for me every year on my birthday (for example, see 2008, 2009, and 2010)! The theme this year was Lost—the family is watching the whole series right now—you might recognize the numbers on the cake (of course, the "30" was in honor of me). :)

The family sang "Happy Birthday" to me, and Beck was really excited! He just clapped and clapped!



Whenever he stopped, we'd all start clapping again, and he would just get so excited.



Man, imagine how excited he's going to be at HIS birthday party next month!
